1. Complete One-Step Process:
This machine can produce sleeveless bags, in natural or printed colors, from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials. Thanks to a computerized control system and automatic length adjustment via servo motor, the entire process of feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying is completed in a single step.
2. Dual Servo Motors with PLC Control:
The configuration of two servo motor control systems, computer-controlled and equipped with a PLC LCD screen and a photoelectric cell tracking system, ensures more efficient operation, smooth bag production, and precise cutting and sealing.
3. Automatic Feeding and Folding:
The design of the automatic feeding system, the automatic punching machine folding device, and the conveyor bag feeding function simplifies operations and stabilizes the manufacturing process.
4. Oscillating Ejection With Bottom Shaping:
The oscillating ejection system, combined with bag bottom shaping, ensures clean bag collection and precise positioning during perforation.
5. Independent Cutting Blade Heating:
The cutting blade is equipped with independent electric heating and a high-precision temperature regulator for automatic temperature control, simplified operation, and precise temperature control.
