The CY-SH-1200 is an automatic double-layer fabric bag making machine with 8 cold-cut lines. This machine is compatible with various plastic films such as LDPE and HDPE. It can produce different types of non-woven bags: tank bags, tote bags, flat bags, flap bags, reinforced bottom bags, etc. The production width is 120 to 195 mm and the length is 650 mm. The production rate is 30 to 100 bags/min across 8 lines. The film thickness is 0.01 to 0.03 mm. The machine weighs 3,000 kg and its dimensions (L × W × H) are 7,500 × 1,750 × 2,000 mm. Features
1. Complete one-step process:
This machine produces printed and natural-colored tank bag products from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials. Thanks to a computer control system and automatic length adjustment via servo motor, feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying are all completed in a single operation.
2. Servo motor with PLC control:
The servo motor control system, combined with a computer and PLC LCD screen, as well as a photoelectric cell tracking system, ensures more efficient operation, smooth bag making, and precise cutting and sealing.
3. Automatic feeding and folding:

The oscillating ejection system, combined with the pre-formed bottom design of the bags, ensures clean collection and precise positioning during perforation. 5. Independent heating control:
