Plastic Bag Manufacturing Machine
The GFQ-600/1200 is a heat-sealing and cold-cut bag-making machine (bottom sealing). This machine produces sleeveless and flat-opening printed bags.
Its variable-frequency drive motor offers low energy consumption and highly flexible speed control. The efficient color-coded tracking system ensures precise sealing and cutting lengths and minimizes errors. The onboard computer provides precise and flexible length adjustment.
Four models are available: GFQ-600, GFQ-800, GFQ-1000, and GFQ-1200. The maximum bag width ranges from 550 mm to 1150 mm, and the maximum bag length is 1500 mm. Production speeds range from 30 to 120 bags/min (or 30 to 80 bags/min depending on the model). The motor power is 1.5 kW or 2.2 kW. The machine's dimensions and weight also vary depending on the model.
