The CY-800ZD is an automatic plastic bag making machine equipped with a servo motor. Designed for manufacturing shopping bags, it features a computerized pneumatic control system, a servo motor, and a touchscreen. Its special "E"-type cutting and hot-sealing device allows for folding and sealing the top and bottom openings of the bag. It offers various functions: bag width preset, automatic counting, configurable counting alarm, photoelectric detection, scan tracking, automatic temperature control, automatic perforation, etc. The machine is well-designed, easy to operate, and simple to maintain. It is suitable for manufacturing bags made of PP, OPP, HDPE, and POP. This machine can produce patch bags (70 pieces/min), soft-grip bags (60 pieces/min), die-cut bags (100 pieces/min), and adhesive-seal bags (100 pieces/min). We can also manufacture single-function machines upon request. Bag width and length: 250 to 650 mm; film thickness: 0.02 to 0.05 mm; total power: 8 kW; dimensions (L × W × H): 7,600 × 3,000 × 1,850 mm; weight: 3,000 kg.
