The DFR-450×2 is a medium-speed, dual-channel bag-making machine with heat sealing and hot cutting. This machine is microcomputer-controlled, and material feed is provided by a stepper motor (servo motor system optional). Precise length adjustment and photoelectric step size tracking ensure accurate printing, as well as smooth sealing and cutting. In the event of a lost label, the machine stops automatically. It also features automatic counting, a counting alarm, and a complete shutdown function. It is equipped with a hot sealing system, automatic perforation for hanging and vent holes, and an automatic gluing system. Simple solutions are available to correct material breakage, feeding, and punching issues (requiring additional equipment). The bag manufacturing width ranges from 200 to 400 mm, the length from 10 to 999 mm, and the thickness from 0.01 to 0.05 mm. The production rate is 120 to 200 bags/min. It features a 1.5 kW main motor, a total power of 4.6 kW, weighs 900 kg, and has dimensions of 2500 × 1300 × 1500 mm.
