This machine can produce plain or printed tank bag production from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials. Thanks to a computer control system and automatic length adjustment via servo motor, feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying are performed in a single operation.
The machine is equipped with two servo motor control systems, computer control, and a PLC LCD screen, along with a photoelectric cell tracking system. Operation is more efficient, bag making is smooth, and sealing and cutting are precise.
The design of the automatic feeding system, the automatic punching machine folding device, and the conveyor bag feeding function makes operation more convenient and the bag making process more stable.
The oscillating ejection system, combined with the bag bottom forming design, ensures clean bag collection and precise perforation positioning.
The cutting blade is equipped with independent electric heating. Thanks to a high-precision temperature controller for automatic temperature control, operation is simple and temperature control is precise.
