The CY-500×2 is an automatic plastic bag making machine (two lines). Designed for the production of plain or printed flexible bags from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other raw materials, it is equipped with a computerized control system and a stepper motor (servo motor) for automatic length adjustment. The entire process (feeding, sealing, cutting, perforation, and conveying) is carried out in a single step. The maximum production width is 450 mm × 2 and the maximum length is 650 mm. The maximum production rate reaches 210 bags/min × 2. The single-sided film thickness is between 0.010 and 0.025 mm. Its dimensions (L × W × H) are 5,500 × 1,800 × 1,600 mm and its weight is 2,700 kg. This machine is suitable for producing shopping bags, garbage bags, food bags, and bags for common chemicals.
Features
1. Complete one-step process:
This machine produces plain and printed tank bag products from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials. Thanks to a computerized control system and automatic length adjustment via servo motor, feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying are all performed in a single operation.
2. Dual servo motors with PLC control:
The machine is equipped with two computer-controlled servo motors and a PLC LCD screen, combined with a photoelectric cell tracking system, for more efficient operation, smooth bag making, and precise cutting and sealing.
3. Automatic feeding and folding:
The automatic feeding system, automatic folding device for the punching machine, and conveyor make operation more convenient and the manufacturing process more stable.
4. Oscillating ejection with pre-formed bottom:
The oscillating ejection system, combined with the pre-formed bag bottom design, ensures clean bag collection and precise positioning during perforation. 5. Independent cutting blade heating:
The cutting blade is equipped with an independent electric heating system and a high-precision temperature controller for automatic temperature regulation, ease of use, and precise temperature control.
