The SHXJ-A is an automatic plastic bag making machine. Designed for the production of shopping bags, it manufactures double-layer carrier bags and flat bags from film rolls. Thanks to its CNC-controlled servo motors, it manages feeding, sealing, perforation, cutting, and stacking in a single continuous process. Its servo motor length control system ensures high dimensional accuracy during sealing and cutting. Photoelectric cells provide precise tracking of printed patterns, and the CNC system allows for easy adjustment of bag lengths. In case of a problem with the printed bags, the machine automatically stops and sounds an alarm. This machine is compatible with both high-density and low-density polyethylene films. The bags produced are widely used in supermarkets, stores, and markets. It operates stably, guarantees consistent bag dimensions, and optimizes production to meet daily plastic packaging needs.
