Plastic Bag Machine
The RQL-600/1000 is a computer-controlled, side-sealing, hot-cutting bag-making machine. This machine is suitable for heat-sealing and hot-cutting materials such as BOPP and OPP (shrink film). It is ideal for manufacturing bags for socks, towels, bread, jewelry, and more. Features include automatic length adjustment, photoelectric tracking, high stability (cast iron frame), and high speed. It also incorporates automatic gluing, automatic perforation, and drawstring heat-sealing functions.
Three models are available: RQL-600, RQL-800, and RQL-1000. The heat-sealing and cutting length is 600 mm. The heat-sealing and cutting widths are 580 mm, 780 mm, and 980 mm. The production rate is 40 to 198 bags/min, 40 to 150 bags/min, and 40 to 120 bags/min. The main power is 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW, and 1.5 kW. The weight is 800 kg, 1000 kg, and 1200 kg.
