The CY-SH-6LINES is an automatic, double-layer fabric bag making machine with 6 cold-cut lines. This machine is compatible with various plastic films such as LDPE and HDPE. It can produce different types of non-woven bags: tank bags, tote bags, flat bags, flap bags, and reinforced bottom bags.
The sealing width is 120 to 320 mm and the length is 650 mm. The production rate is 30 to 100 bags/min (6 lines). The power is 2.2 kW. The machine dimensions (L × W × H) are 7,500 × 1,750 × 2,000 mm and its weight is 2,000 kg.
Made in China, this fabric bag making machine uses cold die-cutting technology and is suitable for high-volume production.

This machine produces printed and natural-colored tank bag products from HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and other materials. Thanks to a computer control system and automatic length adjustment via servo motor, feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying are all completed in a single operation.

The servo motor control system, combined with a computer and PLC LCD screen, as well as a photoelectric cell tracking system, ensures more efficient operation, smooth bag making, and precise cutting and sealing.
3. Automatic feeding and folding:
The design of the automatic feeding system, automatic punching machine folding device, and bag feeding conveyor simplifies operation and stabilizes the manufacturing process.
4. Oscillating ejection with pre-formed bottom:
The oscillating ejection system, combined with the pre-formed bottom design of the bags, ensures clean collection and precise positioning during perforation. 5. Independent heating control:
The cutting blade is equipped with an independent electric heating system and a high-precision temperature regulator for automatic temperature control, ease of use, and precise temperature control.
