Bottom Seal Bag Making Machine
The SHXJ-370x4 is a 4-line, double-layer bag making machine with heat sealing and cold cutting (bottom sealing). This machine is used for heat sealing and hot cutting cylindrical plastic films made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and low-density polyethylene (LDPE), in natural or printed colors. It is the ideal equipment for the production of flexible and flat bags. It is equipped with a photoelectrically controlled feeding device, an electrostatic automatic temperature control device, a power-off device, an automatic counting alarm system, a servo motor, and more.
This machine features an automated bag-making process, stable performance, and robust bottom sealing. It is the most economical and suitable bag-making equipment for flexible packaging companies of all sizes. The bags are 350 mm wide and 100 to 600 mm long. They are made of LDPE and HDPE, with a thickness of 0.01 to 0.025 mm, and a production rate of 50 to 120 bags/min (4 lines).
The heating power is 6 kW, the total power is 8 kW, the servo motor is 1.5 kW, the main motor is 1.5 kW, and the unwinding motors are 750 W x 4. The machine weighs 2,000 kg and its overall dimensions are 4,500 x 1,350 x 1,800 mm.
