It processes woven PE and PP across a thickness range of 0.015 mm to 0.035 mm, with maximum width and length both at 650 mm. For very small thin-film formats, a gusset remains necessary to prevent web vibration at low tension.
The sealing and cutting stations are integrated in one step. Unlike conventional setups where the web moves between stations - causing corner misalignment at 650 mm width - this machine holds the film in place from weld to cut. The seam stays perfectly straight, even on large bags.
Material switching is straightforward. Adjust the unwinding tension and raise the sealing temperature slightly, and you can move between polyethylene and woven polypropylene within the same production week. This flexibility is practical for converters with fluctuating orders.
The machine footprint is 5,500 × 1,200 × 1,800 mm. Most medium-sized workshops can install it without reorganizing existing equipment, which avoids costly downtime and layout changes.
