1. The extruder and rotating die head must not be started without heating the equipment, and the heating temperature and time of the film blowing machine accessories do not meet the specified requirements, otherwise the equipment will be damaged.
2. When unpacking the raw materials, check whether there is wet material. Wet materials must not be mixed. They must be dried in the drying room before use.
3. When cleaning the die head and die mouth of the film blowing machine accessories, only copper sheets can be used to clean the die mouth. Do not use scrapers or iron sheets to scrape the die mouth, otherwise it will cause damage to the die mouth.
4. The guide rollers of the plastic film blowing machine, including rubber rollers and winding rollers, must not be cut with blades, otherwise the guide rollers will be scratched.
5. The filter screen of the extruder and the corona treatment machine must be replaced and cleaned regularly. Generally, the filter screen must be replaced within 24 to 48 hours and the silicone roller of the corona treatment machine must be cleaned with alcohol. The specifications of the filter screen: a three-layer filter screen with two layers of 80 mesh and one layer of 100 mesh.
6. The corona treatment machine should not be turned on if the guide roller of the corona treatment machine does not move without film. Once the film is broken or stopped, the corona treatment machine should be turned off immediately to avoid burning of the corona treatment machine.
7. Films that have not been corona treated or have not reached 38 dynes or above should not be put into the finished product, otherwise it will cause a major accident in the composite quality.
