A plastic film blowing machine is a device that heats and melts plastic granules, then extrudes them into thin films. There are many types of plastic film blowing machines, including those for PE and POF films. The films produced by these machines, depending on the material and properties, are widely used in many fields, such as various types of film packaging, plastic bags, and protective films. These films have excellent barrier properties, including moisture resistance, freeze resistance, and oxygen barrier properties, making them suitable for both light and heavy packaging applications, such as fresh fruits, meat products, pickles, milk, beverages, and medical supplies.

The application range of plastic film blowing machines is primarily determined by the different materials used. For example, PP film produced by a PP film blowing machine is suitable for supermarket shopping bags; it has high rigidity and does not require high tensile strength or gloss. High-pressure PE film is suitable for various food packaging bags, while recycled film is suitable for garbage bags. Plastic film blowing machines are widely used in various industries.

Precautions for Daily Operation of a Plastic Film Blowing Machine:

1. Develop the habit of regularly checking that the automatic temperature control system is functioning correctly, that the heating elements are intact, and that the temperature at each point is within the specified range, adjusting as needed. Address any abnormalities promptly.

2. Check the pulling speed and control the film thickness to ensure consistent production and maximize quality.

3. Observe the film thickness uniformity, the film width, and the diameter of the film tube, and make appropriate adjustments.

4. Check and control the pressure in the cylinder. It should not be too high, but there should be some residual pressure.

5. Maintain the correct raw material ratio and ensure thorough mixing to prevent imbalances in the mix. Inspect and sort the raw materials during production to avoid inconsistent quality.

6. Check the raw materials for impurities. If metal particles are present, remove them immediately with a magnet. If necessary, stop the machine, remove the impurities, and resume operation.

7. Check the position of the gearbox and the lubrication of the air compressor cylinder to ensure sufficient lubrication during operation.

8. Regularly check the temperature rise of each motor and the condition of the mechanical transmission, and record the data and any recommendations. The recorded data can be helpful for future operation of the plastic film blowing machine.
