The screw used in the TPU resin film blowing machine is characterized by including a screw body, which consists of a mixing section and a connecting section. The mixing section features a three-stage thread and an oblique groove. This screw design helps reduce plastic slippage, increase friction to enhance production capacity, reduce screw speed, and decrease shear force to prevent TPU cracking. The plastic enters the mixing head and uses its own inertial rotation for even dispersion. After being horizontally mixed by the three-stage thread and the oblique groove, a shark fin-shaped protrusion behind the screw increases longitudinal mixing, and the streamlined shape reduces shear force to prevent cracking due to overheating of the plastic.

 

The film blowing machine includes an extrusion device and a film head matched with the extrusion device. The film head is connected to a casting roller, which is linked to two shaping rollers arranged vertically. The shaping roller is connected to a corona treatment roller, with a guide roller placed between the shaping roller and the corona treatment roller. The corona treatment roller is connected to a rapid cooling roller, which in turn is linked to a film roll. A second guide roller and a pair of clamping rollers are situated between the rapid cooling roller and the film roll. This film blowing machine features a simple structure, easy maintenance and repair, and high production efficiency.
