The material of the film blowing machine should be formed through a ring -shaped mouth mold at a high temperature melt, and then squeezed out through the air expansion. The cooling method of the film blower is divided into two types: internal cooling and external cooling.


1. Internal cooling The purpose of cooling the cooling heat dissipation of the membrane, because the flow rate of air in the membrane bubbles is relatively low and irregular, so external cooling is more advantageous.


2. The external cooling method is a very early application method. Under the influence of the cooling ring, the cooling air is released on the circular ring along the squeezing direction and the outer surface of the membrane bubble. Inside the ring, the upper mouth is discharged at a faster average speed on the lower mouth, ensuring that the shape of the foam is consistent with the air cooling ring, so that the average flow rate of the air increases and increases heat transmission.


If you want to ensure the quality of the film product, you must consider the stability of the foam foam in the process of blowing the membrane machine for a long time, so as to effectively control the product qualification rate. The restrictions must also consider the cooling system of the film blower. A complete cooling system requires a reasonable configuration and stability of the film blower.
